Yes, the Harem section is located within the palace grounds but requires a specific supplementary ticket. You can purchase a combined ticket that includes both the Palace and the Harem.
While there is no strict mandatory dress code for the general grounds, visitors should dress respectfully. Note that when visiting the Sacred Relics section, modest attire (covering shoulders and knees) is required.
Yes, the MuseumPass Turkey and MuseumPass Istanbul are valid for entry to Topkapi Palace, excluding the Harem section (unless specified in your pass tier).
We recommend at least 2 to 4 hours to see the main courtyards and the Treasury. If you plan to visit the Harem as well, allow for at least 4 to 5 hours.
Photography for personal use is allowed in the courtyards and most rooms. However, photography and filming are strictly prohibited inside the Treasury and the Chamber of Sacred Relics.
