TÜRSAB membership

The company is a member of TÜRSAB, the Association of Turkish Travel Agencies, and holds the travel agency licence number listed above. Membership can be verified against that number through TÜRSAB’s own member register.

Payments and card security

Payments are taken by card through a payment infrastructure operated by a licensed Turkish bank, over an encrypted connection and with 3-D Secure verification by your own bank. Card details are entered on the bank’s page and are transmitted to the bank, not to us: we never see, handle or store a full card number, and nothing about your card is written to our systems.

Prices are displayed in euro and charged in Turkish lira at the exchange rate applied at the moment of sale, which is recorded on your order. Your card statement will therefore show a lira amount.

What we sell, and what the museum does

We sell admission products supplied through a booking system operated by the tour operator that holds the entry allocation. The museum sets its own opening hours, closing days and security arrangements, and can change them without notice to us. Where that affects a booking already made, the cancellation and refund terms apply.
